Developing a simple Business Card or Post Card

In Microsoft Word, left click on TOOLS.

In the drop down menu, left click on ENVELOPES AND LABELS.

At the Envelope/Labels window, left click on LABELS.

At the Labels window, left click on OPTIONS.

Using the up and down arrows in the Label Options window, scroll through the PRODUCT NUMBER list to the type of document/stock number desired.

Left click on the document/stock number of your choice to "highlight" it.

Once your selection is highlighted, left click OK.

At the Labels window, left click NEW DOCUMENT.

The type of document you have selected appears on the screen and you are ready to begin creating your masterpiece!

If the gridlines (showing where the individual cards begin and end) for the type of document you've chosen do not appear on the screen, left click on TABLE. In the drop down menu, left click on SHOW GRIDLINES.

TEXT: Type the information you wish to include. Change the appearance of text
with the FORMAT commands that appear on your TOOL BAR (Font Type, Font Size, Bold, Italics, Alignment, etc.)

WORDART AND PICTURES: Left click on the INSERT menu, left click PICTURE,
then left click on item of your choice. You may also insert other graphics and types of pictures also depending on what you have on file.

Practice, have fun with it, don't be afraid to make a mistake --- there's always the UNDO button!

GOOD LUCK!!!
